The seaview patong hotel is right before the hill you are talking about and looks really nice from the outside, And its great inside too but they do charge a joiner fee for BGs

Note: Another BM by the name of rockstar told me that he booked a suite and he didnt have to pay for the joiner, Maybe a good idea to send him a PM for more info. Hope this helps
