The girls I've been with, I think they had a copy of that. It is their instruction booklet. The last one followed the instructions exactly.
Really, I think the older ones teach it to the younger girls. Some times I would be with one, and she would not seem to know how to react to what I said or did. She would be like "OK, whatever!" and have a confused or quizzical look on her face, as if she gives up trying to figure me out. Then the next day she would come back, and act different and try a new approach, usually one of the ones in the list given above. It seemed like sometimes she couldn't figure out what to do, and then I am sure she went to someone, and then they told her what to do, what was the right thing to say, how to handle me.
It is written in jest, but, as said, it is the truth of it that makes it funny for those of us who have been there, and had the girl do and say that very same stuff to us.
