The problem with Thai-English, is after one hangs around enough Thai BG, one gets in the habit of slipping into that slang all the time everytime one meets some lass from Thailand. This is most embarassing when one meets a Thai lass who got her university degree in Europe or North America, and one says their first dozen sentences to her in Thai-English.
And then she replies in perfect English with a knowing smile as to what one has been up to during their Thai visits, before they met her.
