some fair points there, but the police are sometimes corrupt, the poxy government are definitely corrupt, and our unelected leaders in Brussels' Fourth Reich are even worse. They just put a gloss on everything to seem squeaky clean.
The latest scare story is that they want to fit everyone's car with a black box, ostensibly to charge for road usage. The easy way would be to abolish road tax & put it all on fuel, but if there's even an inkling of truth in this proposal then it's being done for one reason only- to snoop. No doubt we'll have to pay 'em for this device too, like these ID cards.
I detest the fact that I have to deride my own country, but the affinity I have with the UK is fast being outweighed by the deplorable way its population is being skanked and lied to. Why should the rest of us support the idle, workshy turds who've never paid a penny in income tax ? I've a friend who works in the dole office, they know the ones who'll never work legitimately (more & more these days) and have been instructed to leave them alone. Yet they can all afford new mobile phones and bad taste (but expensive) sportsgear. Some even turn up to the dole office in a taxi, and have it wait for them to take them back to their cave.
I detest the vast majority of politicians, they're almost all scam merchants who think they know better than the people they're supposed to serve. True democracy would be to have a referendum on major issues, like they do in Switzerland. But these bastards wouldn't have that, as it would take away their power.
