Hey Diz,

They don't need tax on cars any more. The cops and insurance companies share a database now so they have your insurance details when they stop you. Cars in London get towed and crushed routinely, hope they roll that out across the country.

New licensing laws arrive here September (I think) which will mean most pubs in town can stay open as late as they want to (they have to apply for it, in practice it will mean that the whole town will get 3am or 4am and stick together) This should make our towns and cities even more inviting than they are now
