JayBee, could you be a bit more specific?! ;)

camphor - 16.4%
eucalyptus oil -8.4%
borneol - 6.1%

Oddly enough, it says on it, that it is for the relief of vertigo. That is strange because I don't think people get vertigo that often.

But when you inhale it, it gives you pleasant little stimulating "rush." It is probably good for killing the odd bacteria in your nasal passages, but a friend of mine who is an acupuncturist told me that if used too often, it is not good for the lining of your nasal and sinus passages. I've known some girls who really seemed hooked on the stuff, and late at night after drinking, they would take the liquid oil, which apparently you can also buy in a vial to sniff and they would open up the vial and pour it on their fingertips, and rub it on the inner edges of their nostrils, so that they could be constantly inhaling a great deal of it.

It is strange stuff, but I got to like it in small doses. It does clear your sinuses a bit, and gives you that little stimulating "rush" when you inhale it.
I bought 5 of them to take home with me and use them occasionally for the stimulant effect. Just pulled it out now and took a few sniffs of it. Ah-h-h!! I find it is a pleasant stimulant, when used in moderation.

Seriously, you put a good deal of effort into many of your posts, and that's an asset to this board.
