It's impossible to get in to Wales without a local sponsor. For a fee of £1,000 I would be willing to be that sponsor.
If you try and get in without paying the sponsor, the guards
on the turrets (at the border control) will shoot you on site. You might not have heard, but there are currently 10,000 illegal immigrants from England held on Bardsey Island - similar to Guantanemo Bay. All these people are applying for political asylum - but I reckon they'll be machine gunned.
