Hi Apollo,
I am a newbie too and will be making my 4th trip in October.
Between both parts of Karon and Kata, the number of bars must surely run into three figures and most of them have girls you can barfine.
I know the part of Karon between the temple and the traffic circle at the seafront best but I have explored the other parts as well.
