I just finished my first tour in Dec-Jan. What exactly is going on with the BGs who DON'T tell me I'm a handsome man, one drink please? I've sat down in a few bars with some hotties who completely ignored me, and sometimes just walking around I get no greetings from the ladies I'm interested in. Of course the less attractive girls are outgoing (and sometimes the hotties, too), but the best looking girls appear to be less flirtatious. I don't know if it's me or if that's how the stunners do things, wait for men to come to them.

I'm guessing that they don't like my looks, whether I'm unattractive or just look like I'm not a potential husband/sponsor, I don't know. Last I was there, it was peak high season, so I sort of suspected that the girls were being picky because so many falang were about. I'm about to go back to LOS in October, and I am interested to see if I get more attention from the stunners with less BM to choose from.

One theory I had was that the girls aren't that interested in just getting the money for the evening as they are in finding a longterm husband/sponsor (this seemed more true in Phuket than Pattaya, BKK), so that's why they are picky?
