I experienced it quite by accident when my gf. had been eating spicy food and then proceeded to give me a BJ.
HC. = hot chillie.

A word of caution. Progress in stages.

Think i have already been there ! by accident i might add ! Took a lady from patpong night market in bkk. After a night in the sack !! i ordered room service and she had that thai spicy salad (cant remember the name )for a good performance !
