So here is where we are now with this.
I thought about the words of Wisdom from the experienced and thought that I would give it a go. So I sent enough money to cover the first half of the education. I thought about it for a while and realised that I had initiated her to get the prices, it was my suggestion as I was getting very frustrated with not being able to communicate.
So I sent of about half. About 1 week later I got a thank you card and also the original receipts from the school. It had never occurred to me to ask for these. They are in Thai but the Thai student that shares the unit with me told me that they were from the school and the subjects and date were as she said.
So now it is up to her to make the most of the opportunity that has been provided to her.
