I as at a conference once where a Mac Luser was having difficulty hooking up to the (then new-fangled) LCD projector. I recognised the problem and dashed to the front to change the screen resoultion but came to a grinding halt when I found the OS was in Japanese kanji
Had to run through the menu options in my head and count off which one I wanted
