How much should I pay for a short time and how long would that be? I guess I am just worried about going to sleep and waking up robbed blind

No- the price is 1000 baht per night if they stay all night and I have never been robbed- most of these girls are young-they are not working for pimps, they are working to send money home to their families or saving it-no guarantees but I have never been robbed-I definitely would NOT stay at a fancy hotel- there are SO many nice small bungalows and small hotels that are nice and you pay maybe 600 baht or a little more- it is low season now and I just left Patong, you can even find rooms for 300 baht- if you need more info just ask- stay away from the big hotels and stay near Bangla Road- I recommend the Expat Hotel-cheap, clean, very nice pool and many Thai ladies go there in the day to meet farang like yourself-centrally located-
