I am bumping this thread because I have a smiliar question. I will be flying itno Bangkok too late at night to catch a flight to Phuket so I am planning on leaving for Phuket the following early afternoon. Should I just go ahead and book the flight now since I know the exact date and such when I will be needing to fly? I did the turn up at the airport to get a ticket last month and found the next 4 flights to be full in economy, Thai Business class was 3,800Baht one way.
