During the day, well ok, early evening then! (I now seem to get hangovers!
) I sometimes hang about Club Rio on the corner. I find its a good spot to 'watch people go by'. The farang food is reasonable (Can be pricey), free internet access, the staff are more than reasonable looking, and there can be alot of other Farangs to talk to if by yourself! Though of course some are total wankers! (Yes in November, that would prob be me!
)
Another place is the pool bars along the top of Bangla, as the 'staff' can be bf I think! But better ask other board member the charge, as i dont have a clue for either the Pool places or Rio!
In my opinion, the other bars toward the bottom of Bangla seem to have slightly, err... how can i say...... ropey looking women during the day. But they tend to speak forign languages very well though.
