I'm trying to understand the Thai Mentality more and more.
In India I noticed that they drove like absolute maniacs on the road and was told that their belief was that ''when your number is up, it's up'' and was totally out of their control when they were called to their maker. So if they had an accident, it was not their bad driving but fate.
Is there something similar in LOS with their acceptance of death that means that they don't take drink driving as serious as they should do?
