Hey Steve,
Dragon Air (part of Cathay Pacific) are the only direct flight to to Hong Kong, i think they fly about 3 times a week and a return ticket comes in at about 15,000- baht.
Thai Airways is a bit more expensive and fly a 'triangle' ie: Phuket - Bangkok - Hong Kong - then direct return from Hong Kong to Phuket.
