I am sorry I don't have any good advices on Jeeps. The price you had last time was a good deal, some people had pay more than that.
I got paper from one distributor of Fosters long time ago so it's available but as with most imported beers it's expensive.
I also think maybe Lotus may have Forsters in their alcohol beverages shop. I will check next time I drop by. I also like Tiger beer, very popular in Malaysia and Singapore but not here, the reason may also be the price.
