In answer to your question, yes of course it is possible to get afternoon action. Alot of the bars on bangla which have girls in them are happy to go s/t anytime of the day. Soi seadragon usually has a few girls hanging around in the daytime or if you want to go to a massage parlour there is always Cristins on Rat u tit rd. Just get out there in amongst it and you will find it no problem.
