Visa fixed price. You can get one at entrance. Faster if you have one bought in BKK. All prices in US$, so have a lot of small notes.
PP looks like a French province town, or like the towns in some old French colonies in Africa. "Interesting nightlife", drinks between 1700 and 2000 on the riverbank. I loved the FFC (Foreign Corespondents Club), place where the press stayed durind the entrance of the Khmer Rouge.
If necessary I can send more info I collected from other travellers, but Marc 26 got that allready and can tell you. I know Sharkey in PP, there is also Martini and some places like Circe and Sophia which seem to be better than Lolita, but I haven't visited either, so only hearsay.
