As my dad is looking to spend around £75,000 on a second home either in turkey or cyprus !
I was wondering what sort of property you could expect for that sort of money in phuket ? I'm desperately trying to get him to look at buying in phuket ( with me as the all year maintenance man )
but hes adamant its either one of the above !
He has been to thailand twice only once to phuket though ! and he does like it !
