Just a little post to confirm what has been said already. Of course, you can have a drink in any bar, chat with any girl and then leave without problem. If you chat with a girl or play games with her, it would be nice to pay her a "lady drink" or two (100-120 bath and she takes her commission)...if you don't do, she will ask sure
but you will have a lot of fun while doing it as all of them are so friendly.
