How about stopping and taking a breath first. 100 pounds is now more like B7K. You could live on that a day, but all depends on if you intend to keep up your current level of activity, or slow down and just enjoy life here. You can rent a basic simple no frills apartment in Patong for around B4K. I think your aware of the cost of other things, you'll just need to add in the cost of visa runs every 30 days.
