Laundry is very cheap compared to 'home' prices.. most go by piece but some by KG..
Electricity and water depends on how your billed.. I have to pay 4 baht per unit electricity which is slightly inflated my old place was 2.? baht + fuel surcharge + bits... came to around 3 or so.. also electricity is on a sliding scale so the first 100 units are cheaper then the next few 100 units going up..
I think governement water is approx 3 or 4 baht per cube but again, many places are on wells or need to add additional pump stations for pressure.. Landlords will price accordingly.. I hear in BKK getting pressure up into high rise condo's often leads to much higher water charges..
Always clear up electricity costs and water costs before renting somewhere..
Sorry thats all so vague but this is Thailand.. What is the rule in one place is totally different in another house.. Many smaller apartments and rooms are fixed price for all inclusive..
