There's a school of thought suggesting academic ability is inversely proportional to common sense. Looking at some of the 'academics' in charge of my industry (what was British Rail) I've seen a fair bit of first hand evidence of this theory being proven ! 555555555555555555555
Don't forget that many Thais don't have the same access to further education that we in the west take for granted. Doesn't mean they're not intelligent.
Me, well I'd rather be with a girl who has her head screwed on, & likes decent discussions, than a girl overflowing with qualifications but sadly lacking in charisma, manners and basic common sense.
