I for one am looking forward to this being opening.. A local cinema should be a good diversion, and a Carrefore in town is great...
I think however they are completely out of thier mind in what thye think is doable ground rents and I said when the project started that financially it was a very dodgy idea... I can see another NPL on some bankers books and a Shinawatwa handshake going on..
