There is a cool Thai boxing club on the way to Lamai from Chaweng. Going up the hill from Chaweng on your right. Sign up for a day of instruction. They will whip you ass into shape!! Good fun really> There is also a resort between Lamai and Chaweng called Nature Resort (Maybe) It is a rejuvination resort. You can get a colon cleansing there. Not everyones cup of tea but you will be shocked at what comes out of you!! Give it a try!!
