A couple of years ago I used to have the same girl for a week at a time , for about 3 trips. She only asked if I could give her money to send home all at once. Never tried any of the "sick buffalo" or other tricks and never sent any begging e-mails. Yes,I probably gave her a bit of extra cash, but only because she never asked for it.
