Depends on if you are carryign clubs. If you are renting clubs at PCC then a motorbike taxi is the cheapest.
There is also the local bus that will stop near the PCC...but then its a bit of a walk (which i do not recomment).
The easiest way is just to get a tuc tuc, or find a BM who is going on the same day as you, and hitch a ride with them!!
