I have no experience in Patpong but if you find yourself in Bangkok I highly recommend the Yanhee General Hospital. Dental department on second floor. They really have their sheet together and are super nice and near on painless. Very professional. Also the girls in little blue skirts on roller-skates are some nice eye candy.
I don't think you can haggle down the price. But it was pretty cheap and a real value for the money. I plan on going back for a second root-canal job in December.
