I don’t know where you can unlock you mobile.
But I take an older mobile with me which is unlocked after 2 years for free. You also can buy an older one (in Switzerland) for about 15 Euro which is unlocked, so you can use your mobile with a sim-card from Thailand.
I guess it will be cheaper than unlock a new mobile in LOS.
