I guess its probably because you cant spell QANTAS properly.
Loosing luggage isnt normally something an airlines does all on their own, its their ground handling agents. And I'm not pro QANTAS, I'm a lifetime QANTAS club member, but will not fly them due to some bad experiences, like watching other people in business class press the call button and no one coming.
Its the old saying, what does QANTAS stand for
