I was looking at the old avatar. Did not see the new one on your post.
If you click on the triangle it will tell you what it stands for. It is a way to tell the moderators about a post in a thread. So if something is offensive or the BM is always posting offensive posts you can tell the moderators. Just a way to help them police the forum, so that they do not have to look at everything.
