seems to me like a thai poem from a lady, who´s husband/boyfriend is going far away, maybe as fisherman or merchant. She wants to influence his thoughts, so he is dreaming all time of her, will not forget her or take another wife out in a far land.
Could be Shakespeare as well. Did you already a textsearch on Hamlet with this phrase ?!?
