Sounds like something she got out of one of those Thai "Mills and Boon" romance novels. The "my tirak" doesn't fit in with the rest , she probably added it just for you.
If I had to take a guess, I'd say it was something to do with spinning or weaving , maybe a spinning jenny or a loom. Be interested in hearing what reply you get to your sms.
