The Freelancer Bar in Pattaya has a deal with the Residence Garden (which means it's bount to be totally guest friendly!) where you can get a room for 1350 baht if you book through the bar's website. It also tells you quite a bit about the hotel - looks like a very nice place. Off the top of my head, I think the URL is
