I worked in Dubia for a couple of years, and there are a few hotels around that turn a blind eye. The York hotel is one of the main pick-up points, and the hotel opposite ( used to be mainly for Indians), was refurbished and changed its name to.......The Rush Inn. Think that is a bit of a giveaway.
