I use Opodo as well and have my tickets here with me now (Have just stroked them and given them a little kiss mmmmmmmm nice tickets!) Good service IMHO, anyway, definately get to Heathrow in good time, all the above advice is good advice and you never know! They may go on strike again! I know a really good corner in departures you can spend 72 hours in without being kicked and prodded by the airport staff.
