I have not yet been to Patong but i expect it wont be much different from Pattaya basically the first time i came to los with 3 friends i have to be honest and say we came 100% for the girls now coming up to my 19th visit nowadays its different ok we still have the beutiful girls ,but also its a great place for single guys in respect that you could go there alone and you have no problem meeting in with other guys in similar circumstances so you are never short of conversation and company, When you add in the fantastic weather,the friendly thai people, the food ,the booze and also the fantastic culture, (believe it or not i have made the effort on my previous sorties to see as much of los as i can) its for me paradise on earth thats why i am hooked! its such a change from Scotland where the weather is absolutely dreadful and because of that we are a nation of moaning minnies (myself included) what a pleasure it is to reach Don MUang where imediately you are confronted by smiling happy faces , unless you are near the departure area of course 55555555555555
