Do not get any in my small country town as they tend to head for London or other major cities in Uk, see a few in London but generally they are either sleeping in cardboard city or begging. Car window cleaners, money for my baby etc are usually eastern europeans, asylum seekers?? I would say we do not get a lot of it in the UK because our welfare benefits for overseans non-workers is quite liveable with a few extra cash jobs thrown in. But then that is my little experience, if I'm wrong, perhaps I don't go to those area's?? I see more in Thailand than England but because I never collect my change, I've never got anything smaller than 100bt note so feel bad when I cannot give them anything.
