When working in Sodding Arabbbbia , you always tried to bring in the "essentials. Half a pig, brewers yeast, various bar accessories (beer mats, optics and bar towels) and of course, any booze you could smuggle in. But, they opened all suitcases and the extent of the check depended on your attitude. Got caught once , with TAMPONS, they don't sell them in Sodding Land ( apparently girls get pleasure from inserting them - According to the Rags). The customs guy made a point of opening one, and waving it above his head, didn't bother me, he was the one that looked a right tw*t.
