7k a pound indicates 18k per KG price and coke well exceeds that in any state of the US that I have heard of.. Also thats the higest price for kg weed I have ever heard by a serious multiple and my info was USA weed prices were on the decline due as said to medical use and availablity..
Basically I simply doubt the authors facts (not you I hope you realize)..
