What does the acronym HA stand for ?? I am missing that..
I also understand that the Canada border being porus and uncontrolled unlike the mex border must be a major route for what is unarguably a valuable product. The gowers networks that have become possible with Hydro and light kits have made literally a cottage industry in the UK.. Low workload, high(ish) income and relatively little risk if done sensibly all add up to a slackers dream job..
Personally I would be far less worried about pot useage than irresponsible binge drinking or a host of other issues.. Of course I am not a parent of a 15 y/o daughter so I guess that would effect my position.
