Sorry Barcardi, I was just having one of my 'American' moments! It's worn off now. I was being pedantic about what little work the US is doing out here, despite the money that is getting thrown at this place by them. Some guys are doing sterling work and for the US lads at the sharp end, I really feel for them and thier families. Like I said, I'll have calmed down tomorrow! It comes and goes, probably been here too long.

Not heard of any brickie jobs here Barcardi. I know Amec are out here doing some re-construction work but most of the work, as you can imagine has and is, going to big US organisations. Oh dear, I feel it starting again!! No Denver, be good! Not sure what you have heard Barcardi, unless you are working behind the fortifications on one of the big US camps, such as Victory, Freedom, Justice, Solidarity, Patriot, Liberty (Can you see a pattern forming?) or a 'Green Zone warrior' i.e. someone who arrives in Baghdad, immediately goes behind a big wall and never leaves it, then I wouldn't as a civvy (Unless you are ex-military etc) want to be here, big bucks or not Barcardi. Just being open and honest with you! and before I drop myself deeper in the sh1t with my fellow US BM's, you can PM if you want, Cheers Barcardi Here endeth the rant, I need a little lie down now in a darkened room!
