One thing the doc forgot to say: When taking cialis or viagara, only take a half of the pill. That should be enough. In fact, if you are trying Viagara for the first time, then I would suggest that you only take a quarter of a pill. On occasions when I do take Viagara(if Vit C is unavailable, and I feel the need for insurance), I only use a quarter pill, which works just fine for me. For most people, the usual dose is half a pill. If that doesn't quite do the job, then it is OK to do a whole pill. But you should start out with a quarter and go up from there only if needed, just to be on the sake side.
One other thing. In patong, cialis is a lot more expensive that viagara. They want 2000 to 2400 Baht for a box with 4 pills. Viagara is not nearly so much. And all the pharmacies carry viagara, but only the ones on or close to Bangla carry cialis.
Kamagra gel is very good, too. It is Indian viagara in gel form. Tastes bad, works good.
Less side effects than regular viagara.
