I assume you are talking about 10 degrees Celsius (centigrade?), which, if I remember the conversion formula correctly, is 50 degrees Fahrenheit. THAT'S NOT EVEN COLD! It's only a wee bit colder than shortsleeve weather.
Now if it were 10 degrees Fahrenheit, then I could understand!!
