The key-money is for at least 5 years, and the reason why the old owners went down might be the quallety of the food........For the first month I thought the food was good, but as they run out of money, the qualety went down. They started up the buisness in low season with no money in their pocket, and ended up selling food that had expired on date........
I think the buisness have a better chanse to survive now since it include a bar with pooltable .............but its no way to make easy money in Los at the moment anyway.......................
