Which reminds me of a story! On my 2nd tour, I was at JJ Mansion, just around the corner from Sai Nam Yen, on the market sidestreet near Patong Gym. At the time, I was going to the gym regularly in US, and continued to in LOS. So one day, I worked out at Patong Gym. None of the men wear a shirt there because it would be soaked in no time. The aircon doesn't seem to make any difference. So after I finished working out, I thought it would be more comfortable to shower in my room than in the funky shower there, and didn't want to dirty my shirt with the sweat.
I toweled down, put on my slacks, and walked back to the hotel with no shirt on. The lobby on the first floor is where all the girls from the first floor beauty parlor, and the second floor massage parlor hang out when they are not busy with costomers. It was a slow day, and the lobby was full of them when I entered.
I'm not buffed, not by a long shot. But I was in the best condition of my life at the time, and the muscles were pumped up the way they get at the end of a good workout. So when I walked into the lobby, all at once, every girl there burst out in singsong unison with, "Oh sek-see man!! Farang sek-see!" and continued chanting it as I walked thru the lobby and up the stairs!! They were all smiling and squealing at the same time, in the way that only TGs do, as they called out to me.
Only in LOS could anything like that ever happen to me!! One of the highpoints of my life! My ego was a lot more pumped up than my muscles by the time I got to my 3rd floor room!
