'scuse my lack of geographical knowledge but I'm amazed the Mississippi has never burst its banks with similar effects.
Or has it?
I feel really sorry for the people in the Superdome who thought they were rescued and safe only to be scared stiff to go to sleep because of the knife muggings/rapings/murdering etc that is going on there.
