Whether England would have won it without the interruptions is debatable.
Without the cloud cover today,would we have shot out the Aussies for less than our 372? I somehow doubt it.
It was a great effort by Freddie and Hoggy today to get 8wickets for 87runs added.
IMHO England have been saved as I thought the Aussies could have won this one the way Saturdays play went.With good weather today,they were set for a huge score and could have made things very tricky with Warne bowling on a crumbling wicket last day.
For me the series was lost by Ponting putting England in to bat at Trent Bridge after winning the toss but losing their best seam bowler (McGrath) Why??. Good old Ricky I say.
